Japanese Tasty Plate

It appears I’m having a Japanese kinda week. It seems to be one of the only foods accepted by my digestion system after being ill. To celebrate the arrival of Cherie and Reuben to Melbourne, I made a Japanese vegetarian plate for dinner. It was really easy to make and looked pretty!

On the plate there was (clockwise from the top):
> Warm Agedashi Tofu
> Lettuce and Bean Sprout Salad
> Cold Egg Patties
> Cold Japanese Style Pumpkin
> Japanese Pickles (radish and cucumber)
> Cold Soba Noodles with Avocado, Nori and Sesame Seeds

To Cherie and Reuben, you are a pleasure to cook for! Looking forward to seeing you in Brisbane sometime soon 🙂
