I’ve finally got around to sharing this simple, creamy and very delicious dip recipe! Hurrah for snacks!
1 can of organic cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
2 cloves garlic (optional)
2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
Lemon zest from 1/2 a fresh lemon
1/4 cup of olive oil
1/4 cup of fresh Italian parsley leaves
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper
1. Place all ingredients in the work bowl of a food processor.
2. Pulse until the mixture is well blended.
3. Season with additional salt and pepper, to taste.
