I love giving Christmas presents but I prefer to give little home-made treasures than store-bought presents. I also like making my own Christmas labels, cards and tags with recycled materials (like this year, I’m making my cards out of unwanted paint charts).
This year, I’m giving the gift of pickles. I’ve really enjoyed having fresh fermented, pressed and pickled vegetables in the fridge since doing a fermentation workshop. I hope people enjoy adding the pickles to their salads, wraps or just to munch on as part of a meal.
