Marinated Tofu on Vietnamese Coleslaw

I love combining Vegematarian recipes. Here’s an example.

Today I cooked up a simple Sunday lunch. First, I made Lorna’s Vietnamese Coleslaw.
Then I pan-fried pieces of firm tofu in my home-made plum sauce.

I sat the tofu on top of the coleslaw and sprinkled the whole thing with peanuts and toasted sesame seeds. Yum!
